My very first commission. I never drew a bull or a tortoise before, but I guess it’s okay ^^ And a tip for everyone: If you have to draw somethig you never drew before, just add as many details as possible, that makes it look like you knew what you were doing ;P -Acrylics on wood -Time: 2 weeks and surely something around 50 hours-Size: 100x80 cm - now my biggest painting ever ^^___________________________________________________________Visit me also on Deviantart: http://alextiy.deviantart.com/

Thanks for the follow! Welcome to tumblr (even though you've been here a few months now) :) In your bio you said you want to improve your drawing, I thought I'd mention that last month I did a 30 day sketchbook challenge (the links on my blog). It's not an official thing - I think it started on facebook a few years ago - and its not that well known but I would recommend it. Just simple sketches for a month :) Anyway I'm Katy xXx

Hi and thank you :)
Ah, well I wanted to chek out your other blocks anyway, but I honestly forgot it ^^’ So thank you for the reminder, I really like to support other fellow artists, especially if they aren’t well known! And - because I’m often searching for other art blocks - I also welcome invitations per note. Saves some time for me ;)
Greetings from germany!

I like how the sketches of my digital drawings look ^^ What I’ve done between the first and second step? Magic of course, just as every artist does. But actually: In digital drawing crappy sketches can help to figure out what you want to draw. Especially for rather difficult poses, I’m often overlaying ugly sketches as long, as I figured out the right anatomy._________________________________________________________Visit me also on Deviantart: http://alextiy.deviantart.com/
